Andressa Urach

Andressa started her romance with Tiago around the age of 15; they were both students in high school. After three months of being together the couple moved in together in the same house. Arthur Urach Costa is the only child born to this couple. The birth took place on May 19 April, 2004. Andressa then moved to the home of her mother and the child. After six months, Urach quit her job and had to leave her child in the care of his father. Her main goal was to have a better and more prosperous life in Sao Paulo. In her memoir Morri Para Viver Andressa Urach says she was a victim of sexual assault throughout her early years as a result of the abuse her foster grandfather suffered starting at when she was 2 until 8. Andressa was able to get rid of the pain because her foster mother caught Andressa for the crime. Andressa moved back to live with his mother and she didn't know anything about it until Andressa published her book. In interviews that she achieved what, for her, was impossible before her spiritual awakening: forgiveness of her abusive partner. This was among the most difficult decisions I've had to make. I made contact with the man that physically assaulted me. It was not an easy thing to take on. After several prayer and fasting vows, i called the priest to inform him that I had forgave and even pleaded for forgiveness. But I did ask forgiveness without justifying myself. Mariste Urach discusses her feelings during an interview exclusively with Globo when she discovered that harassment had been perpetrated against her daughter. She went to the city of Rio Grande do Sul where the perpetrator lived in order to take justice.
